DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL

You have access to a personalized counter with your logo and two high stools.
You can/should plan
  • 50 copies of your documentationwhich we will install directly on your stand.
  • At least 30 bottles of wine (Two different types). These wines will be offered to visitors during the cocktail lunch and dinner receptions at your stand. The caterer will only provide the glassware. We therefore recommend that you bring: ice buckets, one or more corkscrews. Serving the wine is your responsibility.
  • 1 kakemono or an umbrella stand, within a limit of 2 meters in width.

DELIVERY

Monday, November 30, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. at the address indicated on the delivery note.

FACILITY

Monday, November 30, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Upon your arrival at 2:00 PM, the items you have delivered will be placed on your stand.
The setup of your stand must be fully completed by Monday, November 30th at 4:00 PM at the latest.
On the day of the event, exhibiting partners have access to the exhibition space at 8:30 am.

KIDNAPPING

Tuesday, December 1st, 2026 from 10:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Until the stands are completely removed, it is mandatory for each exhibitor to designate a person in charge at their stand.
Your equipment must be collected no later than Wednesday, December 2nd at 9am.
